The Empowered to Pursue Conference is an Araba Foundation initiative designed to equip young people with the confidence, skills, and mindset to become change makers in their communities.

At the Foundation, we believe that young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow; they are the leaders of today. Through this annual conference, we provide mentorship, leadership training, and career guidance to help rural children, women, girls, and youth across Africa discover their potential and pursue opportunities beyond their circumstances.

Since its inception, the conference has reached over 1,000 rural children and youth through motivational talks, interactive workshops, and personal development sessions, inspiring them to dream boldly, set meaningful goals, and lead with purpose.
