Programs Manager
Nafisatu Numo is a gender equality, menstrual hygiene and education advocate with about two years experience in program organisation and implementation within rural communities of Cape Coast in Ghana. She currently severe as the Programs Manager at the Araba Foundation where she oversees the implementation of objectives and goals of the foundation as well as coordinating Programs that reflects the goals and objectives of the organisation that are aimed at improving access to quality education and menstrual hygiene support for rural girls. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educaton (home economics), Certificates from serving a muslim Council in the University of Cape Coast and also a certificate from a youth summit program. Her passion for advocacy and community empowerment in education is the force behind the foundation impact force. With a strong background in youth leadership and gender advocacy, she brings innovative thinking and a deep understanding of community engagement to her role.

Bernect Assafuah is a dedicated math teacher at Adisadel College with experience in teaching and community service, driven by a strong passion for education. He holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Mathematics and Accounting from the University of Cape Coast (UCC). With experience in student mentoring, Bernect has developed a proven ability to guide students to achieve their academic goals. He currently serves as the assistant fundraising manager of the Araba Foundation, leveraging his experience as a financial secretary in various organizations. With a strong background in volunteering and leadership skills, he brings expertise and innovative thinking to his role, driving the foundation's initiatives forward. Through his work, Bernect aims to contribute to the growth and development of the foundation.

Daniel Obeng is a passionate educator who just completed his tertiary education, he also has a background in community service. He holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Management from the University of Cape Coast(UCC). With his experience and passion for peer mentorship he has demonstrated his ability to help students succeed successfully.
Currently, he serves as the financial secretary for the game changes club and the Human Resource manager at Araba foundation, His strong background in volunteer work and leadership skills allows him to contribute innovative ideas and expertise, helping to advance the foundation's initiatives. Through his efforts, Daniel is committed to the foundation's growth and development.
